Loads of Fun!

Yesterday Jack's Dad(Glen) came to visit our classroom to show us how to make some amazing paper creations. We made a helicopter, an aeroplane and a fish. Here are some comments we made:

School Cross Country

On Thursday we had our School Cross Country at Blake Park. Miss Donnelly was so proud of us all for running as fast as we could. We had to chase the rabbit, as it helped us not to get lost. Loads of family and friends cheered us on which helped us to run faster!!

Next Thursday is our School Cross Country. We have been running each morning to increase our fitness levels. We are trying not to stop for a rest!!

Hail Storm

On Tuesday we had some crazy weather at the Mount. The thunder was so loud that it made some of us feel scared. There was lightening and loads of hail. The hail was hitting the roof while we were out on the deck which made it difficult to talk to each other. The road outside our classroom was flooded and the grass changed from green to white.
We wrote some feeling poems about our experience.
